Project Manager - C++ / Java

Qualifications: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / MBA (Systems).

Experience: 9yrs - 12yrs

Job Location: Bangalore

Desired Skills:

  • Strong Java/J2EE Programming on Unix / Linux OS is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Telecom Domain is Mandatory.

  • Knowledge of database like Oracle, SQL would be preferred.

  • Good analytical and design skills.

  • Exposure to C++ is preferred.

  • Exposure to agile development process is preferred.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Successful execution of the assigned project according to the requirements of the contract.

  • Develop and deliver solutions to the customer, which match the customer's expectations in terms of functionality, delivery, and time scales within the allotted budget / cost.

  • Process adherence.

  • Prepare Functional Specification in discussion with Project Lead and Tester.

  • Prepare of Development Plan and Quality Plan for the project.

  • Assign job responsibilities to various project members.

  • Define scope for the project in discussion with PL.

  • Define Acceptance Test Criteria.

  • Defect tracking.

  • Monitor project progress.

  • People responsibility in terms of appraisal, mentoring, motivation etc.,

  • Ability to handle multiple client specific projects in parallel.
