Project Lead - C++ / Java

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / MBA (Systems).

Experience: 5yrs - 8yrs

Job Location: Bangalore

Desired Skills:

  • Very Strong C++/Java/J2EE Programming on Unix / Linux OS is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Telecom Domain is Mandatory.

  • Knowledge of database like Oracle, SQL is mandatory.

  • Good analytical and design skills.

  • Exposure to agile process is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Would be responsible for the delivery of the project module from technical perspective.

  • Coaching and mentoring the team from technical aspects.

  • Process Monitoring.

Key duties:

  • Analysis, design and estimation of work.

  • Ensure the development of solution with the help of development engineers.

  • Monitor the progress of the project.

  • Defect tracking and logging after release (technical).

  • Single point contact for the team for all technical issues.

  • Pair programming (on demand) or review of the code produced.

  • Ability to innovate.
